Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.casavacanzalameridiana.it and the services offered related to the rental of rooms and apartments. By accessing the site and using our services, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Services Offered
We offer booking services for rooms and apartments for short stays. All bookings are subject to availability and our written confirmation.

Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us.
Payment may be required in advance, according to the terms indicated during the booking process.

Changes and Cancellations
The customer may cancel or modify the reservation within the terms indicated in the confirmation without penalties.
In case of late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to withhold an amount equal to the cost of the first night or according to specific communicated conditions.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., health emergencies, travel bans), we commit to evaluating flexible solutions such as vouchers or date changes, depending on availability.

Liability
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by force majeure, such as natural events, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Guests must use the accommodation responsibly and with respect for hygiene and safety. Any damage caused to the apartment or furnishings will be charged to the guest.

Consumer Information
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to receive clear, transparent, and comprehensible information regarding the booked service.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court is that of Lecco.
